  • Inspect and lubrication of all track
  • Check chain tension and adjust as needed
  • Check all limits and programming and adjust as needed
  • Check plumb of lead post and adjust as needed
  • Check battery for proper voltage
  • Check for proper AC and DC output
  • Calibrate logic board
  • Test Door operation in fire mode
  • Check all keyed switches and panic hardware
  • Inspect for and clear any obstacle or hindrance to door operation
  • Inspect motor and clutch systems
  • Watch and count dog time
  • Count and record closed time and open time
