Bleacher Maintenance and Inspection Checklist

  • Inspect for proper motor voltage and control
  • Clean drive rollers
  • Inspect and tighten hand rails and safety railings
  • Inspect and lubricate all L-channel, C-channel, and running supports
  • Inspect and lubricate all moving parts of bleacher mechanisms
  • Inspect and lubricate bracket supports and T-supports
  • Inspect and lubricate carriers and roller systems, adjust cantilever support rollers and tighten where necessary
  • Inspect and lubricate guide bushings
  • Inspect and lubricate cantilever arms
  • Adjust all guides for proper movement
  • Provide inspection certificate from certified bleacher technician
